GENERAL MEETINGS

General meetings are held twice yearly, the Annual General Meeting is in the Spring and a Fall meeting which is usually held outside of the Denver metro area, as a means of outreach to other parts of the state.


BOARD MEETINGS

The CAPI Board of Directors considers communication with members to be a high priority, especially hearing your ideas. Therefore, we publish here the dates and locations, as well as the tentative agenda of board meetings.

Should you wish to communicate with the board about any topic, please contact any of the current board members. Whenever possible, we'd be happy to allow you to share your ideas at the board meeting or to convey your ideas at the next meeting through a board member.

Board meetings are open to observers. However, in order to manage time most effectively, active participation in the meeting must be arranged in advance through a board member.
